Talk in the movie teather

When I was in high school, I went out with my friends at different places. Among the things we liked to do was to go to the movies.
Once, I went with my friends to see the Superman movie, but they were making a lot of noise during the movie. The guy who was sitting in the chairs in front of us got angry and got up from his seat, turn to see us and told us to watch against all who were in the courtroom us to shut up or get us out of the function because it were leaving to see the movie.
At that time, I felt very ashamed, for all the people who were watching us.

Ways of dealing with bullies...

Unfortunately, these days there is a lot of bullying to other people. Among the most popular we can see the bullying in the schools or in the streets. So how can you protect yourself from the bullying?      (State the problem)
To begin with, try to ignore them and avoid showing your feelings if they do or say something to hurt you. In this way, the bullies want a reaction, so acting like you don’t care may stop their bad behavior.      (Suggestions and results/consequences)
In addition, you should tell a teacher, a parent or someone else in authority what is happening because they can talk with the bullies and the bullying will stop.  (Suggestions and results/consequences)
Lastly, another helpful suggestion is that you have to be brave and stand up for yourself by refusing to give in to bullies’ demands. This way, this will show you are not an easy target and the bully will try to find a weaker target.   (Suggestions and results/consequences)
In conclusion, the bullying is a problem affecting the social-psychological sphere of people. It is given by certain factors in the person who practices it, often due to lack of attention and self-confidence. You shouldn’t let that intimidate you because nobody is above you.  (Summarize my opinion)

Outdoor leisure activities

PAINTBALLING...
Paintball is a game in which players compete, in teams or individually, to eliminate opponents by tagging them with capsules containing water soluble dye.
The equipment of paintballing: Pods and pod packs, squeegee/swab, paintball jerseys and pants, elbow and knee pads, gloves, athletic protector.

AQUA AEROBICS
Aerobic activity is any exercise that increases the body's need for oxygen. These exercises are often routines that involve rhythmic, consistent movement that raises the heart rate and increases the pace of respiration
The equipment:
The only essential piece of equipment you need for water aerobics is a bathing suit. Wear one that fits well and moves well with your body as you exercise. You may want to purchase a pair of water shoes or socks, especially if you will be working out in a pool that has not been resurfaced recently. Swim caps are often worn by women with long hair to keep it out of their faces while they work out. Other pieces of equipment that can aid you in exercising aerobically are water weights, pool noodles, kick boards and a floating belt. If you join a formal class, the instructor will likely have the necessary equipment available for his class.

BIRD WATCHING A NATURE RESERVE
Birdwatching or birding is the observation of birds as a recreational activity. It can be done with the naked eye, through a visual enhancement device like binoculars and telescopes, or by listening for bird sounds.
Birding often involves a significant auditory component, as many bird species are more easily detected and identified by ear than by eye. Most birdwatchers pursue this activity mainly for recreational or social reasons, unlike ornithologists, who engage in the study of birds using more formal scientific methods.

PLAY CARDS IN THE PARK
A playing card is a piece of specially prepared heavy paper, thin cardboard, plastic-coated paper, cotton-paper blend, or thin plastic, marked with distinguishing motifs and used as one of a set for playing card games. Playing cards are typically palm-sized for convenient handling.
A complete set of cards is called a pack  or deck , and the subset of cards held at one time by a player during a game is commonly called a hand. A deck of cards may be used for playing a great variety of card games, with varying elements of skill and chance, some of which are played for money. Because playing cards are standardized and commonly available, they are used for other purposes, such as illusions, cartomancy, cardistry, and building card structures.

GO ZIP-LINING THROUGH THE JUNGLE
Consists of a pulley suspended on a cable, usually made of stainless steel, mounted on an incline. It is designed to enable a user propelled by gravity to travel from the top to the bottom of the inclined cable by holding onto, or attaching to, the freely moving pulley. Zip-lines come in many forms, most often used as a means of entertainment.

E-mail

Hi Sarah,
I hope that you have had a great holiday with your family. You won’t believe what I did the last week! I went to see Maroon 5 in concert. The concert was in Mexico. I won the tickets to the concert from a radio station. I could stay with some relatives in Mexico and I went to the concert.
The concert was amazing!  There were many people, about 80,000 I think, and we were excited. The lighting effects were really huge; we can saw different types of special effects. There was a really amazing atmosphere with everyone screaming, dancing and singing all the songs. For me, the highlight of the show was definitely when Adam sang “Moves like jagger”. This song I like so much, because it has a lot of rhythm and it is funny.
I feel really lucky. I never imagined that I would ever go to a concert of this group, because I really like this band. Have you ever been to any of Maroon 5’s concerts? Write soon and tell me all your news.

My experience...

When I was child I traveled with my family.
One travel that I remember was to Chiapas, where in the road I was feeling seasick and I vomit and for this my father stopped the car. I was very relieved when we arrive in Chiapas. There, I just enjoyed the travel and met different places.
Other travel was to Huatulco, where my brothers rode the banana, but when my mother saw them, she was terrified. She was crying and screaming.
I don’t remember well my travels and the places but for this, in this moment, I like travel more with my family or my friends and live new experiences.
