These days, more and more people care about their physical appearance
and that is why many people are doing a diet. Some people believe that being
skinny is the most important thing in the word. This idea is very worrying,
because the mass media are involved and so focus about the idea “If you are
skinny you will be successful”.[A1]
Without a doubt, there are some
advantages to go on a diet: Firstly, if someone has overweight is good and necessary
going on a diet but when someone is thin it is dangerous. The diets are so hard to follow [A2] and it could be a reason the people give them up[A3] . Almost, the extreme
restrictions[A4] are problem because you don´t get the nutrients you need to stay
healthy.[A5] [A6]
Go on a diet is positive in some cases, for example, the diet promotes the discipline [A7] because you stay
focus in your target[A8] . If you see
the results quickly [A9] it’s a good form to increase your self-esteem.[A10] [A11]
All in all, there are both advantages and disadvantages to people go on
a diet. In my opinion, people have the decision in their hands, if they need it
