Talk in the movie teather

When I was in high school, I went out with my friends at different places. Among the things we liked to do was to go to the movies.
Once, I went with my friends to see the Superman movie, but they were making a lot of noise during the movie. The guy who was sitting in the chairs in front of us got angry and got up from his seat, turn to see us and told us to watch against all who were in the courtroom us to shut up or get us out of the function because it were leaving to see the movie.
At that time, I felt very ashamed, for all the people who were watching us.

Ways of dealing with bullies...

Unfortunately, these days there is a lot of bullying to other people. Among the most popular we can see the bullying in the schools or in the streets. So how can you protect yourself from the bullying?      (State the problem)
To begin with, try to ignore them and avoid showing your feelings if they do or say something to hurt you. In this way, the bullies want a reaction, so acting like you don’t care may stop their bad behavior.      (Suggestions and results/consequences)
In addition, you should tell a teacher, a parent or someone else in authority what is happening because they can talk with the bullies and the bullying will stop.  (Suggestions and results/consequences)
Lastly, another helpful suggestion is that you have to be brave and stand up for yourself by refusing to give in to bullies’ demands. This way, this will show you are not an easy target and the bully will try to find a weaker target.   (Suggestions and results/consequences)
In conclusion, the bullying is a problem affecting the social-psychological sphere of people. It is given by certain factors in the person who practices it, often due to lack of attention and self-confidence. You shouldn’t let that intimidate you because nobody is above you.  (Summarize my opinion)
